Hanna Moradi

Hanna has immersed herself in the creative and performing arts since being a young San Diego pre-teen. Originally pursing instrumental music, she found herself working in the visual art space at UC Davis where she eventually received her Bachelor of Art degree in Design. It wasn’t until her last term at Davis when she enrolled in a motion graphics course and realized her love for storytelling through film and video. She then went on to complete courses in Digital Field Production & Screenwriting at San Diego City College. She now lives and works in San Francisco.

Kirk Benttinen

It was a long and winding road that brought Kirk into film and video. His first creative romance was music. After studying drum performance and jazz composition at Manhattan’s Collective School of Music, he ventured into songwriting, where he realized it was much easier to do what he had unconsciously been doing all along, telling stories. This urge to tell stories led to acting, stand-up comedy, installation art, theater production and creative design for music festivals. Finally he discovered the storytelling medium closest to his heart: filmmaking. His first paid gig as a filmmaker was to make a mockumentary about aliens that was screened for a few hundred people at an art festival. There was no turning back.
